  Job Description:

  1. To provide accurate and in time oral and written Translation service in between western employees and national employees.

  2. Forward, submit and chase up with issues among management and employees.

  3. Office daily documentation work.

  4. Execute and complete the other work assignments required based on the need of the operation although this isn’t regular job.

  5. Perform translation, interpretation and files service in daily process meeting and other random meetings organised.  

  Interested candidates must be in possession of the following qualifications:

  1. Bachelor degree or above. ；

  2. Must be proficient in English- listening, reading, writing and speaking.

  3. Minimum of 1 year experience as translator.

  4. Competent with all office equipment, i.e. computer, fax machine, photocopier & scanner. etc.

• School Representative in China

  Job Description:

  The school representative in China will be responsible for all aspects of the school portfolio which you representative, including:

  - Operate and maintain the school’s website

  - Engage in relevant Chinese social media

  - Produce marketing materials

  - Maintain and expand networks with Chinese partner universities and agencies

  - Process applications for the school’s programmes

  - Provide support and guidance to agencies and students

  Interested candidates must be in possession of the following qualifications:

  1 A bachelor degree (or above) in a business, marketing or (intercultural) communications related field, preferably graduate from a European university.

  2 At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the area of international education or Sino European relations

  3 Fluent written and spoken English, knowledge of another European language is considered an asset

  4 Excellent communicative and social skills towards European and Chinese customers

  5 Excellent computer skills, proven experience in online marketing and communications

  6 Be entrepreneurial, commercial, result-oriented, flexible and creative

  7 Be a team player, who can work independently
